'The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway.'

'Stayed 4 nights. Everything good about this hotel. Reasonable price. Comfortable quiet clean room. Our room is fair size, has a kitchenette and small dinner table. Great amenities in room, good breakfast buffet selection. Good location right next to subway and neighborhood with lots of restaurants & cafes. Only 1 draw back : breakfast area not large enough because there were a few tour groups staying there at the same time when we were there.'

'日本語のできるスタッフがとても親切でした。 その他のスタッフも、気配りのある対応でした。 ただ、この北投地区は月曜日が定休日となっているようで、ホテルのレストラン（隣のホテルも同。）、温泉博物館も休館でした。そのような情報もexpediaに紹介があればと思います。'

'First impression was not favorable because of the ongoing works with regard to the Taipei subway, however the hotel turned out to be quite nice. Gym and swimming pool are in an ‘adjacent’ building. In house there is small laundry. Limited but good breakfast. Rooms are rather small. Toilet is very small (esp. for tall Europeans). Near to public transport (busses and subway).'

'The room was clean, comfortable and in a excellant location close to train station. The snack area on level 2 is open from 730 am to midnight daily. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.'

'This Hostel is constructed & designed like a beautiful boutique hotel, with comfy common space to hang out. Henry, the key staff person who is usually on site is super friendly and helpful. Tamsui is a great place - 45" train to Taipei, but on the coast & close to nature & hot springs. YES is at a central but quiet location. Highly recommend!'
