« Great stay from start to finish! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — the bed was cozy and everything felt fresh and updated. Loved having the free hot breakfast in the morning, good variety and always well-stocked. The location was convenient and easy to find, with plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! »

« The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side. »

« We booked Bay Inn through Expedia based on the photos and listed amenities, but the property did not match what was advertised. Our first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and was missing the advertised refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, and telephone. We were moved to a second room, which also smelled of smoke.
