« We were visiting for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us. What a treat to have a pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard! The house was very clean and spacious, The master closet was huge and we could conveniently hang all our dress clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We stocked up with groceries and snacks near by in Grimes. This was a great spot for us to relax after the hustle and bustle of wedding events. The hosts were wonderful! We would...

« Our family thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful, family-friendly home. The décor was beautiful—featuring a great mix of classic styles with tasteful, subtle updates. The house was spotless and the temperature was perfect. The bathrooms also combined older charm with modern conveniences. After a long journey and arriving later than expected, everyone felt comfortable, well-rested, and at ease. Our host was attentive and accommodating when we shared our delayed arrival, and she made the check-in...

« The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just to the west of the ISU campus. Although the heat wave prevented us from walking much, we could tell it'd be a pleasant walk to most anywhere on campus. It's also a short drive to groceries (recommend the Wheatsfield Food Collective), Starbucks, etc. The house was clearly well cared for and was perfect for our small family's 5-night stay. The AC and WiFi worked nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the hosts was...

« We had a great stay. Came for orientation at ISU and we brought our dog so we wanted to stay at a house instead of a hotel. Location was great! We could walk to campus in 20 minutes or it was a super quick drive. House was cute and clean. Beds were super comfy and it was great to be in a neighborhood by a park so we could walk our dogOwners were super quick with communication and very nice. Would definitely book again! »
