'Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. 'Excellent hôtel et très gentille réceptionniste '

'Het hotel was nieuw en er zaten wat kinderziektes in (zoals een lekkende badkamer) die wel snel verholpen zullen worden. Voor de rest zag het er netjes en schoon uit. Het Hot breakfast stelt als in vele ketenhotels in de USA niet veel voor. De omgeving is niet echt bijzonder, het hotel is ideaal als tussenstop op een lange reis door de USA.'

'My AC unit was not working, but was fixed the next day. Many large drying fans were running in the lobby. It was so loud, conversations was a struggle.'

The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable.
