'Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!'

'A very pleasant pub with rooms right in the heart of the very nice market town of Woodbridge. It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. My room was decorated nicely with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Had a double aspect which although there was no view as such made it very light and airy. Breakfast buffet was fairly minimal...

'Comfortable, clean room in a quaint old pub. Food was OK, but pricey. The most disappointing thing, given that the pub is owned by Adnams, was the quality of the beer. I tried all three of their staple brews, all of which I know and like, but they were all flat and lifeless. They were also very expensive given that they were only brewed ‘up the road’!!'
