'I was looking for something simple, remote, and with a fantastic view. This listing checks all the boxes. I was given gps location, so it was easy to find. I just sat and enjoyed the view. Emily was so easy to contact and made sure I knew of places to visit in area. My only regret is I had to cut stay short. Highly recommended. 'The cabin was the perfect size for my family. It was so cozy, with a beautiful view. We loved watching the fireflies at night, and the rabbits hopping around in the morning. It was so relaxing just sitting on the swing enjoying the view.'

'My husbands family is from Oark. We love to go down for the weekend. It was our first time in a cabin cause it was gonna storm. Best desicion ever! I think this may be our go to place down here. It excedded our expectations! And the host is amazing. Great communication.'

'Super clean, smelled good. Lots of room and just down the road from Wilderness Rider. Easy to get to and pull your rigs right up to the house with lots of room to turn around. We enjoyed the firepit and beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!'

'This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental. 'Great house for 5-6 people. Has everything you need for your stay: utensils, pans, grill, charcoal, etc. It was to warm to light the fire pit but it was a cozy setup. We took our dad for Father's Day to see the Elk. Every morning Elk were across the road, we could see them from the porch! Great stay❤️'

'We loved the property! Loved the space, all accommodations and overall feel of the cabin!! The only thing that we'd have liked is a heads up on the very long red dirt and gravel road. It would have also been nice to be able to access WIFI so we could have planned our 2 day trips from the cabin after seeing the layout of the area.'

'There were wood roaches in the home and we slept in our vehicle both nights. The owner did spray the interior for bugs a few hours after I notified them, but we continued to see live roaches in the house and chose to sleep in our vehicle instead. 'The mom of 2 college students took friends and family on a 4 night stay to kayak, canoe, and raft the Buffalo River and spend time together! 4 from Columbia, Ireland, Brazil, Chile, and 3 USA! 10 of us!
