The lower level patio features a private hot tub, with wonderful views of the slopes at Winter Park Resort. Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
