This is a great property for large groups! The photos of the house do not do it justice. The location is very close to everything you could need. I will definitely keep this property on our list to visit again.

The kitchen had a ton of equipment and plates, cups and silverware. The only thing we could ask for was a pitcher for drinks when is unable to buy one in town, but it had a Keurig plenty of coffee pots lots of cooking supplies and baking dishes. The hot tub was great and clean and easy to use. It was a nice add-on for the family to look at the scenery in the evening after being out in the cold.

This property had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was well stocked and had so much space, it made it super easy to cook and entertain. The rooms were spacious and quiet and the whole group found places to set up and write for the weekend. Most of all, the hosts were so kind and accommodating with some changes to our staff running the retreat and were just gracious and completely wonderful.

This property was awesome! We booked it for our wedding weekend and it exceeded our expectations. It is very large and the main floor is perfect for people to hang out and socialize. The downstairs where most of the rooms are was secluded and quiet. The property managers were very responsive, polite and easy to work with. 5/5

Family reunion of 18

This property provided ample space for all of us, including 7 active grandchildren. We enjoyed the massive spaces, big kitchen island for meal prep, varied bedrooms as well as the outdoor patio seating area and hot tub. We enjoyed playing games at the large table and the pool table and shuffleboard tables a great hit when we were not outside playing in the Colorado mountain air. We rated this VRBO as excellent however the cleaning was sub par. I believe our bedroom was missed by the cleaning crew due to coffee stains on the bedside table ( we don’t drink coffee). Maybe because of the Fourth of July weekend? No mattress cover.. imagine sleeping on a mattress only with a thin sheet. The property manager did bring a mattress cover the next night and apologized. Some improvements to be made. This ice machine didn’t work and that drawer, the freezer was dirty. The cover to the hot tub was broken and we informed the property manager and apparently he was aware of this. Dusty shelves in the main area… The bar was set high. There were many signs around the house to take care of this property and be respectful but we felt for the cost of this rental, we were disappointed about the cleanliness. The other bedrooms were great but I believe ours was missed… Overall, we enjoyed being together. We participated in the Winterpark activity center, went rafting and mountain biking. Loved the area, the foxes and quiet neighborhood and did respect the 9 pm curfew!

We had a Blast!

The rental was a perfect size for our family of 17. The place is amazing and although situated on a ski area, we had so many activities afforded to us in the Summer. Horseback riding, MTN. biking, hiking, white water rafting, golf, fishing and lastly we attended a concert at Red Rocks. We are a family of "foodies" and the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and kitchen gadgets. All in all a great place for a large group

Spacious mountain house

This house was ideal for our 16 family members. Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen is well-stocked, and there was ample seating at kitchen and dining room tables. The whole family enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.Hosts provided bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for all showers. The whole house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds.The views from the rooms and outside patio were stunning. A fox came to visit a few times. There are nearby walking trails. Downtown Winter Park was 5 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the alpine slide. We took day trips to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Whitewater rafting with Downstream Adventures and golf at Grand Lake were highlights.

Amazing Place

We had an incredible stay! The house is massive, plenty of room to accommodate our group of 19. The kids had so much fun playing in the game rooms and the adults loved the shared spaces to hang out. Beautiful, quiet location with convenient shuttle just steps down the road.

Reunion ski weekend in Winter Park

Our rental property was beyond belief. Lots of comfortable bedrooms with beds to spare. The kitchen was a great hang out space. Two large dining tables for eating and games for our large group. We had fun playing shuffleboard and pool. The hot tub was great after ski days. A perfect property for our group. Everyone in our group was happy I selected this house.

Creating new family memories

House fit our need perfectly. Everybody had a bed. Considering how big our family is that was what really stood out. Plenty of space to spread out, nice to have a pool table and shuffle board for entertaining. Would recommend this house and hope to stay their again in the future.

Wonderful Family Mt adventure

Great home and location, a few minor issues

Beautiful home, neighborhood and views. We stayed with a large group and the house worked well for us overall. There are a few improvements that could be made, the dishwasher was very slow and cleaning supplies (trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, TP, towels) could be supplemented as we had to buy additional supplies quickly after arriving. The house also had more wear and tear than expected. All minor issues overall, but not exactly what we expected based on the cost of the rental and compared to other properties we have rented of similar size and cost. Overall a good experience. Could be great with some minor improvements.

Family trip to the Mountains

This house was beautiful; exactly what you think a house should be in the mountains of Colorado. It was big enough for our family of 18. We ate all our meals in the house so can't say enough about the well-stocked kitchen, enough beds and bedrooms for everyone and places to go to get away from the craziness of a family of 18. The management team was immediately available if we had questions. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a vacation in Winter Park.

Dreamed winter vacation

Has a destination planner from Puerto Rico had the opportunity to plan a group winter vacation on January 2022 for my family and friends. God provided is the opportunity after 10 months of planning. Since we saw the house became in love . The owner was really responsive during booking. It exceed all our expectations. Bed were comfortable. Everything was cleaned. Full equipped kitchen. All the property is has you see in the pictures. The view was breathtaking. The house has its only touch it provides the perfect ambience for families to create memorable moments. It was the first time of 6 families on winter vacation. The location it’s a few minutes from Winter Park that it provides you the opportunity to make different activities. We went snow tubbing at Winter Park and snow mobile at Colorado Grand Adventure witch it was our favorite activity. So many options to eat near the home. The area is beautiful just like a movie. We had dinner at Hernandos and Pepi’s Restaurant . We would definitely return and totally recommend you the home to create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
