This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, and in unit free washer and dryer. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, with a primary bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.
Just FYI unit does not have a ski locker but there is a closet as soon as you enter the unit that you can use for your skiing equipment.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
