'We arrived in town around 1:00pm, knowing our concert was going to last until midnight we asked to check in early. Even though it was obvious they were going to have vacancies we were not allowed to check in early. The breakfast was mediocre. No cream cheese for bagels which was about all that was available other than cereal.'

'The so called continental breakfast was lacking. It consisted of bananas, waffles, yogurt, and coffee and cereal. That is the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. The staff was unfriendly didn’t even acknowledge you when you walked into the lobby. The room was not clean daily. They only replaced our towels. They didn’t make the beds and didn’t vacuum.'

'The room was dirty, I booked through Expedia and got a call the day before and was told I had to pay right then or the room would be given away. It smelled, the towels were dirty and it just was all around not comfortable. I usually give the benefit but I honestly wont stay here again. We stayed two years ago and it was decent, not sure what happened.'

'The lady was extremely nice and helpful however the room that was given to us was not cleaned and we had to be placed in another room. The pool had ants crawling all over the floor, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and DO NOT eat the breakfast. It tasted terrible which was one reason why we went there!'

'It’s unfortunate that this hotel has gone downhill. The pictures online are very misleading. The bathroom in our room was filthy. The vent was caked in dust that looks like wasn’t cleaned in months. The shower/tub was dirty and the lady from the front desk had to come up and clean it. The bedding looked like it had been used. Sheets were dingy and pillowcases were super wrinkled. There were clear stains on them. Even a hair found on one bed. The lady from the front desk had to change...
