« Clean facility, excellent breakfast buffet with local cuisine options, and helpful staff. I brought my daughter and our room lacked »

« I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

« Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. I believe there was a soda vending machine in office, no other extras! Propety is in a very poor area, Homeless people are constantly nearby. Many "street...

« Great service »

« Rooms definitely should be be better for the price and limited parking. Beds were terrible and cheap pillows. »

« The bathroom is designed poorly, no useful towel holder »

« The hotel canceled my 3 day stay when I arrived a day late without a phone call. I had to pay for the night I missed. Waiting on phone call from manager. I give high marks for Cleanliness, felt safe. The breakfast was a little disappointing, waffle maker broken . No bacon. Freeway can be heard in my room. Most employees gave me excellent service. One hotel employee soured my visit, greeting me with a frown throughout my stay. I observed the same employee treating others with friendliness. I...
