'Room was dated, no extra lock on door and wind kept blowing under door. Bathroom dated, shower head needs to be cleaned and water spraying multiple directions. There were also hundreds of ants in the shower/tub. Rooms need to be updated, cleaned just maintained a little better.'

'Very attractive hotel and rooms and bathroom. I’m sensitive to noise and facing away from plaza and being on 4 floor felt quiet. Breakfast mediocre. Need more protein besides yogurt w lots of sugar. Towels soft and plush and good bed and pillows. Biggest drawback in the room is no chair. Only woven bench seat that was uncomfortable so if you want chair for working at desk or reading there’s nothing like that and forced to sit on bed which I don’t like. Valet so kind and helpful.'

'The check in process was a nightmare! The room was not ready at 3pm. We had to come back twice for the room and finally at 3:20pm it was ready.'
