Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. '

'The property was nice and clean but it said it had a lake view which was not correct what it had was a view of a water retention pond which was nothing but a mud hole. When I mentioned it to the owner he said it wasn’t his fault it wasn’t responsibility what it looked like but it was his responsibility what he put in the description of the property. He said I could cancel but if I did I would lose 50 percent of my money. He should change his description if he wants to be honest'

'Overpriced. This house is not in a peaceful lakeside location as the heading suggests. It is located just off a busy main road. There is no lake in sight.The house is basic, one pro is that the beds were comfortable. The owner also requires damage insurance to be taken out before booking. This made it much more expensive than equivalent properties that we have stayed in.'

'We had a wonderful stay during the Allstate Choral Event. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of rehearsals and performances. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable — including freshly baked cookies that were absolutely delicious. It truly made us feel at home.
