'Had an amazing time at Wanderlust 31. I am so excited about returning, and it will be soon. My only suggestion to those who are staying for the first time do not leave your beach wagon. Your wagon is needed to transport your items from your car to the boathouse. Other than that, everything was perfect hurry up and booked your stay.'

'My friend and I stayed at the Sea Ranch in mid May and had an absolutely wonderful time. The unit is clean, nicely appointed, and it was everything that the pictures and write up said it would be. We spent the majority of our time sitting on the upper outside deck, enjoying the view of the marina and beautiful sunsets. 'We enjoyed our stay at The Cove Sanctuary 8. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. House was very well stocked with all the essentials. 10-15 minute walk to downtown nightlife and several great restaurants. Marina has a couple new restaurants that are less than a 5 minute walk from The Cove. The marina is very quiet and peaceful during the day and evenings. Wilmington is a charming little town with lots to offer. This is the perfect romantic weekend getaway, family weekend or girls...

'I gave it a 4 star overall rating because after getting there and starting the air conditioner it quit…no worries it was cool enough outside to open the windows etc…there was a strong smell…I’m not sure if it was a bug spray smell or that it had been closed up for a while…the bed is a bit hard and could use a memory foam topper but great location and was clean when we got there! Would stay again…it is not at all luxury but it is somewhat “glamping”….but yes we would stay again!'

'Our stay was wonderful! The accommodations were first class. The appliances, kitchenware and furnishings were all high end. Evening dinner on the back deck was tranquil. Bed rooms were surprisingly spacious. We are already locking in dates for our anniversary.'

'We stayed at this property for spring break. The property was docked in an awesome little spot on the water; conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful and quiet with kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend for small groups looking for a unique getaway experience.'
