'The barn has a really nice charm and unique character. I liked the artwork and books .The property manager was very prompt to answer my call and hear my concerns. I really enjoyed the instruments with my children and the outdoor nature views with the big windows it was the reason I booked it. With that said, a major draw back is the home needs some safety renovations if it is going to allow small families to book in my opinion . 'We only had one night to stay here but it is one we would definitely stay at again. It was clean, bright, stocked with everything needed (no oven or range top but did have a toaster oven). It was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs and very charming. We really enjoyed our quick visit. The only thing that could be an issue was there was a lot of steps to get down to the house which could be an issue for those with any mobility problems. 'Adorable little hut! It truly felt like we were staying in the Shire from The Lord of the Rings. It was such a unique experience, and the view from the deck overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking like something out of a dream. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax, and the hut itself was spotless and very well maintained.A couple of minor downsides: the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, so don’t expect a strong internet connection, and the hut is located quite close to the owners’ house....

'Not sure if VRBO , EXPEDIA or the host were responsible but the house was booked out from under us. We did not find out until late afternoon the day of check in. We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not sure I will ever use any of them again'
