'Very awesome people they upgraded me to a way better room because my remote wouldnt work so i ended up with a mountain view with a king size bed and way bigger room with a deck people where very friendly and awesome definitely be back '

'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...

'We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure '

'This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. 'The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

'There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. '

'Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too.
