« Cabin is contemporary, safe, and has a fantastic view. Internet is minimal but the owner made that clear in the listing. Verizon gets great reception (T-Mobile not so much) there so maybe get a hotspot if necessary (unlimited for $50/mo). The only risk seems to be the road if there is inclement weather. « This is an excellent cabin for family or friends to gather in the Smokey Mountains. The location is perfect for daily excursions nearby to Bryson City for train rides, ride the Blue Ridge Parkway, Go to Cherokee to see the Elk or explore Cherokee culture, then game playing and dinner together at the end of the day. « Great place! Very close to golf courses, and Cheyenne NC. Kitchen has what you need to do anything. Easy to find...there are little arrows on the street signs pointing the way. Pay attention driving. All kinds of wildlife around. »
