'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

'the room and common areas were spotless. the views are breathtaking, we had a room overlooking the small vineyard in the back nestled just under loon mountain. the amenities seemed endless, onsite winery, 2 restaurants, full gym, game room, 2 pools and hot tubs, yoga studio, spa, etc.. outstanding. i would have like to had a chance to use the pool, but it was only outdoor and not heated too well, but seemed under construction, so hopeful i can try it next time. 'Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make...
