Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks. »

« The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. « Nous avons passé une nuit à la Ballard House à Mérédith, lors d'un trip Montréal-Boston, et ce fût une expérience trés agréable! Les propriétaires Bryan et sa femme sont extrèmement accueillants, chaleureux et serviables, les petits déjeunés trés bon et conviviaux! La maison est trés jolie, "dans son style" (traditionnel), la vue et le jardin sont magnifiques, et la chambre impeccable »

« This property has ZERO communication! Not even a note on the door. They blame Expedia but many properties message me through Expedia. This property should be listed as a hostel! They have 1 bathroom for multiple people; which is ok(it was very clean); but we had to walk across the house (3 rooms) to get to the bathroom. Not too fun for 3AM bathroom trips! »
