'Room was not clean. Furniture was stained. Pillow cases had black stains from previous guests.requested other room. That room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical free breakfast. Not the best and definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For the price it should have been nicer. '

'Everything was clean and staff was friendly. They were having an issue with their Wi-Fi service while we were there, so I was unable to connect my devices to the internet; they indicated they were working on the problem, but it wasn't resolved before we left (2 day stay). The breakfast had all of the usual items, and appeared to be well-stocked each day.'

'When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel. '

'I chose not to stay at this faculty and had to book a mother room elsewhere. The furniture was old and stained. The cushion covers zippers were broken and the rest of the furniture was old and worn. The carpet was torn in a couple spots. I stepped on the carpet tack nails. There was a tree air freshener stuck on the return vent of the ac unit and the grille cover had not been cleaned very well. Not as advertised in the ap pics. Wish I could get my points back. '

'Clean room even though it says grab bar near toilet there aren't any of that matters otherwise great value'

'Room is filled with roaches and the toilet wouldnt flush due to broken water diaphragm. Pool was filthy and greeish and the hot tub was drained out of order. Loud drunk adults slamming doors with their kids running up and down the halls all past 3am. Nobody would answer the front desk phone to complain. We had our room changed in the morning only to return to our bags missing. They said housekeeping took them thinking the previous people forgot them. So no communication there. The elevator is...

'Ac unit on 4th floor caught on fire causing entire hotel to evacuate and stand outside for over an hour. Then some rooms were flooded but nobody was offered refunds or to switch to another hotel. It was unsafe and had electrical and wiring problems, outlets and lights flickered and/or simply didn't work from the moment we checked in PRIOR to the fire.'

'Fine hotel, good breakfast, staff was also nice. Not the nicest area of Moore. Their elevator was super slow. And I'm all down for taking stairs but after walking up to the 4th floor several times, it burns the legs. But otherwise decent stay. Also there is a gas station and dollar general literally walking distance from the hotel, so that was also super convenient. '

'The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The king studio suite was nice sized and comfortable. The bed was awesome. Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.'
