'Had to change rooms multiple times, and we are not typically that type of traveler. First room my daughter got locked inside bathroom due to a broken door handle. Second room had cockroaches. Both of the first two rooms were not fully cleaned either. Awful experience.'

'This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

'Vlak bij het centrum van Corpus Christi en makkelijk bereikbaar. Goede ontvangst. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima, maar interieur aan modernisering toe - scheur in het wat muffe tapijt, nog geen flatscreen televisies.'

'It was ok I guess the under construction through me off a bit, and the fact that you didn't have a pool. Other than that my stay was pretty good.'

'De staat en netheid van het morel was vreselijk, alles was smerig en vuil. Bedden met vlekken en kapotte bedrand, handdoeken met scheuren en gaten, ramen vol vetvlekken, microgolf met dikke vetlaag enz... te smerig om daar nog geld voor te vragen. Het enige pluspunt is de ligging, net tegen het strand met uitzicht op zee. Jammer want het zou een pareltje kunnen zijn.'

'The room was clean and the staff were helpful the balcony had a nice view and the air conditioning was great. But the bath floor had a soft spot next to the bath tub and pieces of wood from the door were falling off. The place could use a face lift.'

'The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

'Pool area had reduced usage times and there was no hot tub as advertised. Staff on property were approachable but only going directly to and from property entrance. Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. Advertised property exercise room evidently had been eliminated 2 or 3 years previously according to maintenance staff. Security entrance gate was...

'There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.'

'The staff was rude. Everytime the A/C came on it smelt like mold. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The sheets had pee stains on them. There were permanent residents that blasted music all night long and the smell of weed stayed in the air.'

'Inside and out was very dirty and old. Water barely trickled out of sink and shower. I’ve stayed in much better and cleaner hotels in Mexico. You must remove this hotel from your choices!!!'

'My grandson and I spent four days and three nights at the plaza. We had NO HOT WATER for the entire stay. There was mold and mildew all along the baseboard and in the drain of the shower. The GFCI was broken and didn’t work. Part of it was broken and exposure to inside was visible. I personally had to go down stairs to get fresh towels and wash cloths. There was absolutely no maid service at all. No telephone to call for services. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had....
