« Hôtel propre et personnel sympa. Le seul bémol c'est que 2 voitures ont été fracturées sur le parking de l'hôtel. »

« The front desk service was efficient, friendly and handled all our needs. The room was kept clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were treated very well by staff who set out the breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and very close to freeway and transit station should want to take day trips. Thank you to the great staff at this hotel. You made our stay great. »

« Clean and spacious room, nice and friendly staffs including the casino securities, decent water pool, hot tub and fitness room. Different levels/prices of restaurants as part of casino/hotel (though 3 of them are in casino so need to work through casino area which has smoking smell and obviously not for kids to access. Close to Tacoma downtown and easy access to freeway. Overall a pleasant stay. »

« It was our Family Christmas present so we got a hotel with a pool. Found this one and decided this one since it was so close the Dave and Busters. I thought that would be a fun activity for the family as the kids are grown. The staff was great, rooms were great, pool was open 24 hours what!! You don’t find that often so it was fun to do some night swimming. Thank you! »

« Parking in the underground garage made me feel safe with elevator access to my floor for more privacy. Will be booking more stays at this location. »
