'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'Amazing! Everything was perfectly organised and clean. The public transport was walking distance and some local shops and such on the corner. Definitely going to do this again. '

'I must have not read the description properly or some facts were omitted! My room was on a rickety third floor - no elevator and had to drag my luggage 3 flights of stairs! My bathroom was not en-suite - which meant I was given keys to a separate toilet and shower down the rickety corridor! No bathrobe in the bedroom which meant I had to go to the shower dressed in pants and t- shirt.
However a very good breakfast with choice of fruit, yogurt and rolls as well as a cooked English...

'Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.'
