'My family enjoyed a peaceful and private stay on Lake Champlain in this comfortable home. The house had everything that we needed and Leonard was easy to get in touch with. The shallow water dock is good for launching the provided kayak, but we used it to step onto our own paddle boards or relax in the chaise lounges. The sunrises are beautiful here too!'

'The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

'We had a great stay at this home! It was the perfect location – we were easily able to walk around church street while still being in a quieter area. It was very clean and the host was very communicative! We would definitely stay again! Our dog loved it as well. '
