'Upon arrival the lock box to enter was a 4 digit code but we were only sent 10 digit codes. I called and it was fixed right away, but a little inconvenient. The jetted tub was visually clean but the jets need to wiped as there was pink around them. There was a leg razor left In the shower. The mattress was a very hard spring mattress and the pillows were rock hard as well. I see other complaints about the mattress as well for a while now so they clearly aren’t going to fix the issue. Cute place...

'We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer...

'We enjoyed our stay. This was a great unit in an excellent location - we really like the Oyhut development. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking, great for longer stays. Jennifer was a helpful and responsive host. We would be delighted to stay at her place again.'
