'I loved staying here, the location is great. It is about a five minute walk from the train station, and within walkable distance to the center shops, dinning, and great areas to site see. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and very nice! There was also a very stocked up welcome basket in the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and check in and out was quick and easy. Didn't try the food downstairs, but the drinks...

'We stayed in the B&B for just one night. The room and the bed were very good. Breakfast was very good and tastful. We could walk into town (20 minutes) and there was a parkingspot next to the B&B. Good shower, etc. A short, but very nice stay.'

'Really nice cottage. Upon arrival there were still towels in the dryer and some soapy water in the sink. We couldn't figure out how to get the bathroom fan going, but dried up quickly with open door and open window just opposite. More, bigger pans would have been nice.'

'Fijne ontvangst. Mooie kamer en lekker ontbijt! Onze kamer was niet geschikt voor lange of zware mensen vermits de badkamer piepklein is met een douche onder schuin dak. De trap is vrij steil en smal. Verder alleen maar positief!'

'Scourie Lodge is pleasant, clean, well-appointed and has great amenities like both a large tub and a separate shower in our room. It is run by a lovely young couple and pleasant staff. I would definitely come back!'

"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."

"Beautiful hotel on the ground floor, lots of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of charm. However, the room is very basic and misses any charm, the mattress is old and uncomfortable and outdated bathroom. Breakfast was also very basic."
