« Clean and well kept facilities »

« My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance. »

« Very nice room and very clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I would say for a slight negative is that the walls are thin and you hear all foot steps above. Conversations around your room. »

« Beautiful location, well maintained ; seemed like a brand new hotel. Spacious , clean and comfortable rooms. Fitness facility was excellent. Friendly staff , dining options and golf course view added a five star charm . »

« Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again. »
