« We rented this house for a family vacation and would without a doubt rent it again! Everything you can possibly need was at the house. If you needed anything additional the host was very responsive and there to assist. We loved the time we got to spend here together. »

« Cute house in great location. Good size family space with open concept and enough seating for 4 adults and 2 children to eat together. Bedroom downstairs has bunkbeds that the kids loved-but no AC-bring fans.The bedrooms upstairs have very low headroom due to roof. Enter beds from 1 side only. The window AC units are behind headboard and are adequate but noisy. Beds were comfy. The roofline also limits height in bathroom both shower and sink area. Good for kids! Walk to beach is .5 mi ...

« We had a lovely time celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday at this beautiful Chatham property. The house fit four generations perfectly, with great spaces to gather, nearby beach access, and a fun swing set for the little ones. The Chatham Bars Inn, where we ate and played tennis, is in easy walking distance. Bill, the property manager, was very responsive. »

« We love returning to this home every summer, and love Chatham! This home is beautiful. It's in a perfect location, a very close walk to everything downtown- all the shops & restaurants. We love the decor, beautifully east-coast. The home is quiet, clean, very comfortable and has all that you need. We return to it every year so that's our highest rating you can read from us! »

« This was a perfect weekend get away. I have never been to the east coast and I fell in love with it. This vacation rental was wonderful and the hosts were amazing. »

« Great stay, an easy 1 mile walk (or drive) to downtown, set back from the road so quiet/private, and awesome patio! Home was clean & cozy (but not cramped!) and so comfortable, highly recommend staying here! »

« This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and is lovely. It was clean bright and a wonderful location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Host was fabulous and communications excellent. »

« We had a wonderful week. The house was large enough for 8 (4 kids 4 adults). It was close to many beaches, and to my favorite the coast gard beach. It is nice to bike or take the shuttle to go to this beach.The owner had Quick responses when we needed assistance. I would recommend this property. »

« This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. It was very clean and nicely decorated.We loved the proximity to the bike path - and the location was the perfect distance to bike into Orleans for a visit to The Chocolate Sparrow, or to head in the other direction to swim at Great Pond, or take the bike trail out to...
