The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc). All minor things, but it made our stay very convenient. We took the kayaks out, spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, grilled out, and toasted a million...

'This house is newly renovated and has lots of little amenities not available in other rentals. Any appliance you might need, hair dryer, tons of choices for TV entertainment. The location is ideal in West Albany near the University, shopping, major highways, etc. The owner quickly responds to all communications.'
