I was in room #152 before, was using the bathroom when a infestation of roaches came from crawling under the fridge! I was moved to room #155 with 2 small full size beds that they thought were “queens” Definitely disgustingly dirty! Floors not swept, poop marks in the toilet, roaches everywhere! Will NOT STAY again. Do not waste your money here.

There was only one lady at the counter and she was absolutely slammed. Line literally out the door and she was still treating everyone very politely and efficiently. I really appreciated that. The only issue I had is that the internet went down and stayed down for several days. Messed me up because I need it for work.

OMG, Where do I begin? Dirty, I don't ever it was cleaned before we arrive. Cleaning people on the hall did not even have the cleaning supply so i could clean our own bathroom. Dirty sheets and towels as well. When i asked for towels, as we did not have any, she went through a pile checking one at the time to see what was dirty or clean, all in the same basket. roaches in the cabinet. Trust me we are not picky, but the place at least has to be clean. And yes, people are living there, like mentioned in other reviews, so if that is an issue for you, something to consider. The keys do get deactivated everyday, apparently if you don't pay by 11am, you can't reactivate your key. That type of place! Don't get fooled by the outside conditions, or street view.

Room not available when I arrived. 2 hours later at 9pm I was given a sorry room that smelled like cigarette smoke.I paid for it in advance and was not able to be refunded I was told. I was given a room that was filthy, but they told me it was just cleaned. I want a full refund please. I travel for a living and this is unacceptable.

The key card did not work 4 times. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful . But I was so pissed that I had to go up and down the stairs 5 times to not being able to get into my room.
