« Beautiful and very comfortable house. Super clean and stocked with everything you need. 3 teens in the upstairs bedrooms and we had the master bedroom downstairs. Great location as well. We loved the front porch swing!! »

« This property was super convenient for all of our local activities in Roscoe Village, Fresno and Baltic. It is indeed an older property, so you have to embrace that when staying here. The communication with the host was superb and the home had lots of amenities. If you are looking for a convenient and cozy old house to rent, this could be your place. « Very clean,close to everything »

« This was a group of High School friends who have known each other for over 50 years. I've been in many rental properties and this is one of the best ever. We had great cookout and ate outside on the porch. Sunset followed by many stars and a beautiful, orange, full moon. We then retired in the awesome basement and played cars. A fantastic property.The only drawback is the fishing pond has excessive algae at times and prevents fishing. »

« Check in consisted of walking in the door. That’s it. And they even got it ready an hour early for us. It is a beautiful home. Kitchen spotless, large and has everything you can need. Huge living room. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Nice yard. Plenty of parking. House is right on Rt 39. Super easy to get to from both Walnut Creek and Sugar Creek. « Cute little house, but needs some Tender Loving Care. The kitchen was nicely furnished with most everything you need. The house is decorated nicely. Problem, it smelled like either smoke or sewer at times. It really is a cute house, and the winery across the road is very nice. There is also a winery and pizza place right beside the house.
