« We experienced a flight delay and, unfortunately, were unable to call ahead to inform the hotel. When we arrived early in the morning, we discovered that both of our rooms had been overbooked apparently due to the "no show" Even worse, our reservation was for two nights, but we were unable to get a room for the second night either. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied with the service. »

« Ms Cassandra at the front desk is amazing! I had a minor issue with my room initially, and she fixed it immediately. The room itself was clean, bed comfortable, AC worked great, but Ms Cassandra really made it a wonderful stay after a very long drive! »

« l'hotel est tellement humide que même les joints de plâtre dans les chambres lèvent. Ils auraient avantage à enlever les tapis partout. »

« À notre arrivé , l’a réceptionniste m’a dit: «So , we have a situation here… There is no room left. The only room available has no curtains or blinds» Alors nous n’avons pas eu le choix de prendre cette chambre . Aucune intimité car la fenêtre était très grande. Tout le monde pouvait voir dans notre chambre. Et au matin, la lumière nous a réveillé. Très déçu de cette expérience . »

« Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très bien aussi. Nous le conseillons fortement. »
