'The location is excellent. Easily walkable to Dock Square and many nearby restaurants. And, it's really big. Lots of room for family, friends and our Corgi.'

'The pool was great fun. We have dogs, and they loved the side yard...lots of room to run. They also had fun at the dog park. The house is perfectly situated; only minutes from beach, town, grocery stores and yet you feel like you're out in the country when you're inside or by the pool. Very quiet area. 'House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk.'

'This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.'

'This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay.The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying meals...
