'Buen hotel, totalmente renovado con habitaciones muy amplias. Buenas opciones de desayuno, mi unica queja es que la presion del agua en la bañera era mínima, no salia mucha agua y se batallaba, tambien no me limpiaron a diario el cuarto, y cuando lo hicieron no limpiaron bien. De ahi en fuera me gusto el hotel y el trato del personal. '

'Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.'

'Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street.
I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively.

'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

Front desk said issues with cable, was not fixed. The kicker for me was the disgusting amount of toenail clippings all over the carpet that were not mine. '
