Home is well-furnished, clean and complete. Our 2nd year there and look forward to returning! AC a nice plus for the hot weather! Screen porch ideal for grandkids play at the table. Some troubles getting cable tv to work, but internet fine.

Great layout, ideal for families. Clean rooms, counters and floors, but less-well maintained than prior years: Several (4) light bulbs out, garbage/trash overflowing, dirty fry pans stored in oven (!), food mashed into porch carpet, chairs and sofa stained. Overgrown outside. Still, we love it and look forward to next year!

Love the location of this house! Cleanliness wise, it was good, but could be better. The floor felt like it hasn't been mopped or swept. And there was barely any paper towel left, and they didn't have more in stock. With that said, it was still a pleasant stay.

Weloved being able to walk to the bay and to sit and read on the upper deck attached to the master bedroom while grandkids played on the front deck. We are accustomed to better equipped kitchens and better working appliances but managed to still enjoy good meals in the screened in porch.

The house was lovely and great for our needs (2 adults, 2 kids). The twin beds were a bit annoying because of the angled ceiling but not a big deal. The thing that really could use improvement is the kitchen supplies. There were no dish towels, trivets or oven mitts. Pots and lids were a bit mismatched. No measuring spoons. No tongs. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Would be helpful to know these are things to bring since it is generally assumed this are provided.
