'Handig dat er een shuttle was naar het centrum. Kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.'

'Schone en super ruime suite. Mijn dochter was iets vergeten en daar werden we meteen op geattendeerd zodat we nog terug konden rijden om het op te halen. Uitstekend hotel.'

'Centraal gelegen in het centrum, alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gezellige kamer met balkon en whirlpool. '

'Loved the property and customer service from the start. Front desk was very accommodating and provided bear spray so we didn’t have to rent or buy it for our hikes. Our only complaint would be that the elevators are somewhat slow and there’s one elevator per building, other than that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.'

'Good stay at Canalta Hotel in Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a good experience.'

'Ontvangst aan de balie was de meest onvriendelijke in onze hele trip van 14 dagen. Enige woorden die werden gebruikt waren "ID? Credit Card? Car license nr? Initials here and here, signature there!". Then I asked her name and wrote it down on a paper... Suddenly she became friendly all over. But it was a fake show to me anyway...'

'Great hotel with great location, cleaning of the room could be improved'

'I really liked the location of the property and overall enjoyed our stay. However, I was disappointed that one of the chocolate bars I purchased and placed in the refrigerator was taken without my permission. I reported the issue to the property manager, who said they would look into it, but unfortunately, I have not received any further communication or update. We also appreciated the gesture of providing us with two complimentary breakfast coupons, although we did not get a chance to use...

'Perfect!'

'What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.'

'Fantastic location and easy to access. Room and facility are clean and well maintained.'

'Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...

'We got the smallest room of the hotel. Different from photo.'

'Excellent stay all around'

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '
