« This was an ideal location for our family reunion. We were very comfortable! We had ample room to 9 people to sleep, a well appointed kitchen, and a good proximity to many attractions. There were many books, games, and amenities available including a pool table, puzzles, different types of coffee makers, etc. The host was readily communicative and accessible. « The hot-tub was horrifyingly dirty. Upon arrival we found it with brown green water that smelled like rotting feet. For anyone looking at this listing you will see that the hot tub is an essential part of the property and heavily advertised. When going to the outer banks, this feature is essential when the ocean is often cold and rough.
