Our beautifully furnished self-contained one bedroom apartment located in a residential block in the heart of Watford. Our apartment features 2 single beds or 1 king size (zip link) bed plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Complete with free WIFI, Now TV, heating and a fully equipped kitchen. Upton Road Apartment offers accommodations in Watford where guests can enjoy all the freedom a home brings; a space for everyone to be together and the freedom to eat when you want. Secured private parking is also available on site.


10 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction station, Cassiobury Park, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, bowling, health club and sports club are all within 5 mins walk from the apartment. It is convenient to live with supermarkets like Sainsbury’s within 5 minutes walking distance. The flat is a good size; suitable a couple, or group of friends or workers to stay.

The host is always available in case of any needs to occupants.

Close to Junction 5 of the M1 motorway. Situated within easy access to Watford Tube Station and Watford Junction Station, which offers a fast 30-minute connection into Central London. Upton Road Apartment is also located just 2 minutes walk from the high street, within touching distance of the area's shopping hotspot. From Watford, London is so easy to reach, with countless family attractions and places of interest to explore. The apartment is located close to attractions such as the Warner Brothers Studios where you can explore Hogwarts, the town centre and lovely nearby canal walks. For business guests, both Croxley Business Park and Watford Business Park can be reached in under 15 minutes by foot or a 5-minute drive

House rules:
1. Our house rule is very simple, please take care of the home as if it were your own and take care of the furniture as it is all brand new.
2. No loud noise please. This property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
3. Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
4. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
5. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature will thank you too.
6. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
7. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used in the kitchen sink and put any dirty towels in the bath tub.
