'Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. 'The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago. 'Spacious, ideally located, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well. It's not obvious from the property photos, but I do want to emphasize that there are two full sized porches, an upper and a lower.
