'This was the best hotel experience I've had in years! Angel made the check in process smooth AND and gave me top notch insider tips on dining in the area. Keith's jeep was such a convenience to go to dinner each evening. The breakfast basket is an adorable touch but the food was a bit repetitive. The library is cozy and welcoming. I spent a few hours there. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location close to most restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back here and to Charleston '

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmetto over the holidays. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and was beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was a great perk. The selections are limited but the food offered was delicious. We also enjoyed the lobby bar for a nice after dinner cocktail. We found the location to be very convenient and we were able to walk to the market, restaurants, and the waterfront easily. We would stay here again given the opportunity. '

This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! 'This place was fantastic. It’s right near a busy and vibrant area. It had tall ceilings and anything you could need. The parking was strange at first but then it’s really cool. Self check in means no hassle and if you need anything they’re always quick to respond via text. 5 stars I’ll be sure to stay again the next time I’m in Charleston.'
