'We enjoyed a relaxing couple of days at the Mountain View Retreat. We enjoyed the snacks (especially the muffins) and relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the view. We checked out a couple of the restaurants the host recommended, and were pleased with both. The space was just right for our family of four, and we appreciated the cozy fireplace to take the chill off of rainy fall days. 'We really enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with one of the windows not closing all the way and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. The area is beautiful and we definitely recommend staying here.'

'The house was clean and comfortable. I love the quiet neighborhood, and some of the local bunnies made a daily appearance. The property is just far enough but not too far out of town, where you feel like you're in the country. I would stay here again!'

'This was a great property for our two-couple group to stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long as it was just a stopping point between Homer and Denali, but we did get to check out Hatcher Pass on our way out which we would definitely recommend to others. We enjoyed the many amenities and clean, like-new furnishings of this home. Thank you for making the stop easy for us!'

'The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. We could tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring we had a nice stay. 'I hesitate to share how perfect these villas are and how convenient to both Palmer and Wasilla because they may not be available when I return if readers believe my review and reserve a stay. :-) The truth is, we've stayed at many other venues in the Valley and none can hold a candle to Glacier Suites.
