'The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.'

'When you first arrive there's signs everywhere "No smoking on property", but the first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of cigarettes 😒. We had to use a phone at reception to call for someone to check us in😒. The first room provided was disgustingly stinky like fish. The second room was basic, barely looked clean. 'We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility.'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '
