HOTEL BRUYANT LORS DE NOTRE PASSAGE , EN CENTRE VILLE , POUR LE RESTE C'EST CORRECT
OLIVIER
6/10
I liked that the property looked historic. I would have liked to have seen the hotel history showcased. There was some, but not for a history buff. The attendants were polite and courteous
I did not like the view from the hotels (West side) was the garbage container areas for several buildings.
Limited towels.
No clue where to throw our garbage out (for 4 days and 3 nights).
Problem getting coffee, everything seemed to be stored down or up stairs. You had to wait for attendants to go get coffee from another floor.
Would prefer not to stay here again. But would stay if nothing else available.
I liked that the hotel had availability. When all other hotels were booked. I booked the room for 5 people. And they only gave 2 towels. The laundry didnt have soap, even to purchase. The response to that was to deal with it until tomorrow. No extra pillows in am entire hotel?
Big sign in the parking lot seems to indicate cars are not safe when parked in the lot. Torn carpet in the room. Lacking towels in the room. Electrical outlet falling out of the wall near bed table. Funky smell in the room. Weak snd unreliable wifi.
Our tv remote wouldnât work, our telephone didnât work, there was mold in the bathroom and the floor mat by the shower was all ripped up with holes in it. Throughout the night I was hearing alarms, ringing and we were the last room on the hallway so I didnât get much sleep
I found the property overall to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to have to search form floor to floor to find an ice machine that worked. West & Main restaurant a block away was very good. The Underground Lounge downstairs was lots of fun. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The fruit should have been tossed days ago.
3rd time here . Perfect location near concert venue. The only complaint this time was very little hot water or water pressure. This had not be a problem in our other two stays
