'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

'There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! '

'The hotel is beautiful and modern, but that’s where it ends. Check in was fast, but our first room had an issue where all lights in the unit repeatedly turned on throughout the night. They did rectify the issue by moving us, which was the only positive. Pools are freezing, lounge chairs are impossible to get, and restaurant/bar service was painfully slow. I’ve been chasing a copy of my invoice from February, with no response via email or a phone call back (after 5 voicemails). Management...

'Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.'
