Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

The 43 m² holiday home for max. 2 people is located separately on the owner's residential property directly on the Tiefwarensee. Only a cycle and hiking path separates the property from the lake. A natural bathing area is only a few metres away, but the official town bath on the Müritz is also only 2 km away.the one-room holiday home was completely renovated in 2022 and furnished to a high standard. Disabled guests are also welcome thanks to the disabled-friendly facilities. The accommodation is also pet-free and smoking is only permitted outdoors. This also makes it suitable for allergy sufferers.

The holiday home has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, smart TV with streaming services, sleeping alcove with double bed), an open-plan kitchenette (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. The accommodation is heated by underfloor heating. WLAN is also available, as well as a furnished terrace with lake view, barbecue and car parking space.



We assume that this property is accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but advise all guests to check the suitability of the property based on their own requirements.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
