Thai property was well kept and had a clean look. It is close to the interstate, so a bit noisy at night time. Delicious breakfast with many hot items. Room was clean; comfortable bed and pillows; good quality towels; plenty of water pressure and hot water. Within walking distance or downtown shops and restaurants (1 mile), and right next to the Armstrong Space Museum.

Staff was impersonal and distracted, however, room was the real issue. There was Peeling paint and loose wall paper in the bathroom… old, discolored caulking and a large, gaping hole behind the toilet. There was dirt accumulated in the corners of the room and the shades didn’t work. It was certainly not a room worth using my 300points!

Thank you for the 5 Star review! We're located in a great spot with easy access to the interstate and close to many restaurants, not to mention the Armstrong Air & Space Museum is right beside us! It really is a great location!

The property looked like it hasnt been kept up in over 20 years. Doors wouldn't close on their own, tiles and other equipment lose and popping out. Staff laughing and talking at 6 am to the point where they wake up the whole floor.

Staff was pleasant. The room was clean with the exception that they could have blankets for the beds and not jus a sheet and comforter that I will not use in a hotel. Price was too high for the rooms. Would not recommend just because of the rate.

The only thing I didn’t like was that a room with 2 queen beds was ridiculously priced at 191 a night and another property in Plymouth Indiana raised the price of the same room to 290 a night because of a football game. I thought a big company like Holiday Inn Express would treat their customers better; not price gouge. I will try to avoid having to stay at their hotels again.

We like Holiday Inn Express and suites but this location wasn’t the cleanest… there were clean sheets and towels but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The “hot food” for breakfast was barely warm. Even though the staff was friendly I don’t think we’ll choose this location again when traveling thru!

Quick and easy check in. Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Friendly staff. Have stayed here before and will again. Lots of food options in the area.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay wasn't as great as it should be. Unfortunately, your reservation was non refundable, so you got billed for the entire stay even if you checked out early. Your review was limited on an issues you may have experienced, so maybe that had something to do with your overall experience of the hotel. Thanks for taking the time to post a review!

The staff were so friendly. Every single person we encounters was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice, clean and well maintained. The room was very clean as well. The only minor thing was the carpets could use a good cleaning, but so many people in and out, I’m sure it’s hard. Had a great stay.
