The house looked just like the pictures...it was spacious and nicely furnished. While the hot tub didn't have anything floating in it, did have lots of dirt on the bottom so we chose not to use it. The yard was nice size for the kids and there was a park just down the road where the kids could get some energy out....that was nice!When we arrived it was very late at night and the door code wouldn't work. So in the dark and rain we had to call the 800 number to get another code. I was given a couple codes before one finally worked.The internet/TV did not work the next morning. Again, after contacting the house manager it took very long to get it all fixed. We went back and forth through the VRBO messaging system. And I felt like every response was AI written....not really solving any problems. Finally we were asked to go to the basement and check the router. The basement, however, was locked. So we had to wait for the code to get into the basement only find out that there was no power even going to the router! After my husband fixed it all there were no more issues.Finally, we used the kitchen a lot and there were plenty of plates, bowls and cups. However, there were only a handful of each kind of silverware. So I had to wash those every day.The house was convenient for us to get to the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum and get in and out of Cincinnati easily. That was nice!
