'Staff went above and beyond during my stay,. The room was clean, the small exercise room was clean and nice. The pool area does need more ventalation as the bathroom in that area was very damp. But overall I had a wonderful stay and i could not say enough about how much i appreciated the staffs help and thoughtfulness. '

'I was assured there would be coffee 24 hours and also a desk attendant 24 hours. When I came down at 5 am for pre-marathon coffee, no coffee and no desk staff present.'

'What a surprise! I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!'

'The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. '

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks. '
