« The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see it very well. The carpet needs shampooing. I took my shoes off at the door and by the end of the day in the room my feet were dirty.I wish there had been at least enough coffee for one pot a day but there was no coffee at all. »

« Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that. »

« The house was OK. We wish there would be more privacy via better curtains so the neighboring duplex visitors wouldn't be able to see into the living room which is one of the possible sleeping areas. The driveway needs improvement. »

« Amazing spot ! I loved the area in the backyard to sit and watch the ocean with an amazing view. The unit was one of the nicest rentals I've ever had. It was super well equipped and you can definitely pack light. »

« It really is just steps from the beach, the stairs down are right across the road. It is a bit of a trek back up, but it's a few minutes to historic nye beach if you can't do stairs! »
