« This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here! »

« We had a great last minute visit to Hopewell Junction and enjoyed a lovely stay at the chapel! It’s a very unique experience and quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bbq and an evening fire with smores! »

« Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. »

« Great experience- there was an app issue so when we arrived the trailer we booked was not available so the owner upgraded us to the private pool house at no charge. Great customer service and recommend the pool house! »

« The property was great minus a tonnn of bugs that fly in but you’re in the woods and there’s a fly swatter provided. There were a decent amount of large ants though that we also had to kill (at least ten) all over the unit. What was unfortunate was that on the second night a really loud alarm went off twice at 3 am and 4am. I was traveling with young children so obviously this was not great. I reached out to the property manager to ask what it was…I didn’t know if it was a break in or a carbon...

« This is a really comfortable property with one of the best host experiences I’ve had. It was very clean, bedding was very comfortable, the house itself is charming and it’s peaceful. There’s some nice high end appointments that were appreciated as well in the kitchen and the bathroom. This one is a hidden gem. »

« Home is filled with character. Plenty of room for my party of four. Back covered porch was the main space we gatheres with full foliage. Kitchen could use some serving bowls for salads and such. Jose was extremely communicative which i greatly appreciated »

« Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line. »
